The third group was asked to take proper diet along with exercise and the fourth group was asked not to do anything. The research found that fitness and asthma symptoms were found to improve the people who had prop Diet and Exercise.
Apart from those who participated in the exercise and followed the diet, the symptoms of asthma were found to improve by 50%. Researchers said that our research shows that people with asthma should be encouraged to eat healthy food and participate in physical activity.
